- Cleaned clams500 g
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Lime2 unit(s)
- Coriander (soak)1 unit(s)
- Parsley (soak)1 unit(s)
- Deborah Tomato4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Peanut100 g
- Sanitize the inputs, clean the shrimp and mussels well
- Cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and throw them straight into ice water.
- Cut the lettuce into thin strips to make a salad base
- Cut the tomato without the seeds and the onion into small cubes
- Chop the parsley and cilantro from the leaves to the stem
- Season the seafood in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley, cilantro, onion and tomato
- Season the lettuce with a little olive oil and salt.
- To assemble, make a small pile with the lettuce and have 2 of each seafood. Finish with peanuts.
