  • Cleaned clams500 g
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
  • Lime2 unit(s)
  • Coriander (soak)1 unit(s)
  • Parsley (soak)1 unit(s)
  • Deborah Tomato4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Peanut100 g
  1. Sanitize the inputs, clean the shrimp and mussels well
  2. Cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and throw them straight into ice water.
  3. Cut the lettuce into thin strips to make a salad base
  4. Cut the tomato without the seeds and the onion into small cubes
  5. Chop the parsley and cilantro from the leaves to the stem
  6. Season the seafood in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley, cilantro, onion and tomato
  7. Season the lettuce with a little olive oil and salt.
  8. To assemble, make a small pile with the lettuce and have 2 of each seafood. Finish with peanuts.
