Ingredients

  • Tuna fillet | 1 unit(s)
  • Black and white sesame | 1 cup
  • Egg white | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the fish to taste with salt and pepper. With the help of a brush, pass the white on all sides of the fillet. In a shallow dish place the sesame seeds. Pass the tuna loins in the sesame so that they are completely covered, except for the corners, because through them we will see the right spot. In a hot skillet (if yours is not non-stick, don't forget a drizzle of olive oil), put the fish and leave for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. When the corners are whitened, it's ready! It will be sealed on the outside and pink on the inside.
