  • medium clean shrimp500 g
  • crayfish6 unit(s)
  • mussel300 g
  • squid cut into rings500 g
  • medium potatoes5 unit(s)
  • Ripe tomatoes cut into slices3 unit(s)
  • Onions cut into rings3 unit(s)
  • bell pepper cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Shrimp bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon for washing seafood to taste
  • olive oil1/2 cup
  • large garlic cloves6 unit(s)
  1. After the seafood has been properly cleaned and washed with lemon juice,
  2. heat a large pan and place the crushed garlic to brown, then sauté the mussels and add the cubed dogfish and add the water. Bring to a boil and add the squid cut into rings and the tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  3. Then add the shrimp broth cubes and adjust the salt.
  4. Add cilantro and parsley and the prawns. After that, place the potatoes cut into thick slices and previously cooked.
  5. Finally, place the crayfish on top, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with white rice and pirão.
