- Garlic, salt, coriander and lemon pepper to taste
- Coconut milk300 ml
- Palm oil50 ml

- Wash the shellfish with running water and soak in the water for 10 min in the lemon! After that, carefully remove the shellfish, because of the sand. Season the seafood with garlic, onion, peppers, tomato, salt and lemon pepper. Leave it on for 30 min
- Sauté onion and garlic, add the seafood. Let it sauté well, add the coconut milk and let it boil for 5 min. Put the palm oil, the eggs in the corner and cover! Let it boil for another 5 minutes and it's ready.
