  • Lemon3 unit(s)
  • Onion - large1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Cumin1 dessert spoon
  • Colorau1 dessert spoon
  • Saffron2 dessert spoon
  • Palm oil3 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Sour Cream200 ml
  • Water400 ml
  1. ° Wash the seafood; °Soak in the juice of 3 lemons for approximately 12 hours before preparation.
  2. °Scald the shellfish with water (until covered) in a separate pan, then drain the liquid completely.
  3. ° Saute the large onion (chopped) together with the 3 cloves of garlic until golden; °Add the shellfish together with the cumin, paprika and saffron; °Add 400 ml of water and let it simmer; °Add the Dendê Oil, the Coconut Milk, and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes on low heat. After cooking the dish will be ready.
