- Cut the whiting fillet into cubes and season with lemon, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into very thin strips, the parsley and the girl's finger pepper in the same way. Grate the ginger (one teaspoon). Mix everything and add the coconut milk with the mangoes cut into cubes and leave it in the fridge to incorporate the flavors until serving time.
