- Large can of sardines in oil1 unit(s)
- Boiling water600 ml
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped Ripe Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chopped palm heart150 g
- Fresh peas100 g
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- Pitted Black Olives100 g
- Corn Flake1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- In a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion and add the tomato. Sauté for 5 minutes and add the sardine canned oil and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the boiling water, peas, hearts of palm, olives, salt and black pepper.
- Gradually add the cornflakes, stirring until thickened. When it thickens, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add the egg, sardines and parsley. Transfer to a greased shape and decorated with the couscous items (tomato, olive, egg, heart of palm). Unmold when warm.
