  • Large can of sardines in oil1 unit(s)
  • Boiling water600 ml
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Ripe Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Chopped palm heart150 g
  • Fresh peas100 g
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Pitted Black Olives100 g
  • Corn Flake1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. In a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion and add the tomato. Sauté for 5 minutes and add the sardine canned oil and cook for a few more minutes.
  2. Add the boiling water, peas, hearts of palm, olives, salt and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add the cornflakes, stirring until thickened. When it thickens, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add the egg, sardines and parsley. Transfer to a greased shape and decorated with the couscous items (tomato, olive, egg, heart of palm). Unmold when warm.
