  • Pitted green olives1 cup
  • Pea1 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Heart of palm1 cup
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Straw Potato500 g
  • White and Black Raisins250 g
  1. Place the shredded Kani and mix it with the raisins, corn and peas on a platter and set aside.
  2. Chop the hearts of palm, olives and red pepper
  3. Add everything that was chopped on the platter where the kani is.
  4. add the mayonnaise
  5. And lastly, or only when eating, add the straw potatoes so they don't get soggy.
  6. You can add grated carrots or other ingredients you want to your sausage, this one doesn't have carrots or apples.
