Salmon with passion fruit sauce

  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)

  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Start by seasoning the salmon with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. While the fish absorbs the seasoning, let's move on to the sauce!
  3. Blend 2 passion fruit with the water in a blender and sift.
  4. In the pan, add the sifted content and then the whole pulp of the third passion fruit, sugar and salt.
  5. On low heat, let it reduce to half of the initial amount.
  6. Make small incisions in the skin of the fish with the tip of the knife, this will bring crunchiness at the time of preparation.
  7. In a heated skillet, add the butter and then the salmon fillets, remembering to always start grilling through the skin.
  8. Flip the steak over, and don't forget to grill the sides too, this will bring out that golden, eye-popping look.
  9. Once golden, serve with the sauce on top and have a great meal!
