Ingredients
- Salmon | 1 kg
- Lemon | 1 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Crushed garlic cloves | 3 unit(s)
- Fine dried herbs | to taste
- Capers | 40 g
- Cherry tomatoes | 10 unit(s)
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
Recipe
- In a mold, season the salmon with salt, juice of 1 lemon, crushed garlic cloves, fine herbs of your choice and olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and let it set for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 210°, and place the salmon to bake for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
- After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, cover the salmon with the broth that has formed and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes (without the aluminum foil).
- Meanwhile, heat the butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add and drained and washed capers, tomatoes and season with fine herbs.
- Let the tomatoes start to wilt.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle with the capers.
