- Salmon fillet, clean and skinless400 g
- Sicilian lemon zest2 unit(s)
- grated ginger1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Dill (dill) chopped1 tablespoon
- Pied ciboulette1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Rice Cracker to taste
- Endives to taste
- Remove the gray part of the salmon, prepare a bowl of ice with a smaller bowl on top, so that the tartare always stays cold. Cut the salmon into very small cubes, mix with all the ingredients.
