- Salmon250 g
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil/butter1 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Bake the salmon over medium heat for about 40 minutes. No seasonings. Once ready, remove the skin and let it cool.
- In a bowl mix the cream cheese and lemon, I used all of it, and salt and pepper.
- Using 2 forks or your hands, break up the salmon and mix it into the cream cheese. Cover and serve with chives
