Oriental rice (short collar)

Lavar o arroz bastante em água corrente e colocar para cozinhar em fogo baixo.

Juntar em outra panela o vinagre, o sal e o açúcar, colocar no fogo e ir mexendo com colher de pau até fique um tempero uniforme.

Add the vinegar, salt and sugar in another pan, place on the fire and stir with a wooden spoon until the seasoning is uniform.
