- Salmon300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon pepper2 tablespoon
- Butter for cooking3 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Citrus juice, orange, Sicilian lemon, Tahiti and Galician lemon200 ml
- Vegetables, your preference, here I used green beans, red cabbage, carrots and red onion to taste
- Marinate salmon in citrus broth and lemon pepper
- Preparation of vegetables and cut as thin as possible
- Reserve the rest of the citrus juice, it will be used for deglaçage
- In a baking dish, put the oil, make a mixture of vegetables from the bottom to the middle and sprinkle with the citrus broth and the oil
- Put it in the hot oven and then go little by little without touching the fish, drizzle with the butter and the green smell and adjust the salt
- In a few minutes you will have a feast full of color, flavor and a very pronounced taste, you can accompany it with rice or other garnishes of your choice.
