  • Salmon300 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lemon pepper2 tablespoon
  • Butter for cooking3 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Citrus juice, orange, Sicilian lemon, Tahiti and Galician lemon200 ml
  • Vegetables, your preference, here I used green beans, red cabbage, carrots and red onion to taste
  1. Marinate salmon in citrus broth and lemon pepper
  2. Preparation of vegetables and cut as thin as possible
  3. Reserve the rest of the citrus juice, it will be used for deglaçage
  4. In a baking dish, put the oil, make a mixture of vegetables from the bottom to the middle and sprinkle with the citrus broth and the oil
  5. Put it in the hot oven and then go little by little without touching the fish, drizzle with the butter and the green smell and adjust the salt
  6. In a few minutes you will have a feast full of color, flavor and a very pronounced taste, you can accompany it with rice or other garnishes of your choice.
