Salmon in wine with potatoes

Verifique se a peça do salmão tem algo que precisa ser tirado como pele, lateral mais fina e etc

Depois de lavá-lo coloque-o  em um refratário com o suco de meio limão, sal e pimenta, deixe marinar  por meia hora na geladeira.

Pré-aqueça o forno por 15 minutos a 200°

Descasque e corte em rodelas as batatas e as tempere com sal e pimenta.

Em uma travessa coloque 5 colheres de azeite e arrume por cima toda a batata em rodelas como uma caminha, coloque o salmão e hora de ir para o forno!

Nesse tempo faça o molho que vc irá usar para regar todo o peixe a cada 15 minutos. 
Molho: coloque no processador ou liquidificador o vinho, 5 colheres de azeite, a cebola pequena , o alho, suco de meio limão, todos os temperinhos, sal e pimenta a gosto e processe.

A cada 15 minutos vc vai abrir o forno e regar o peixe com a misturinha, o período de cozimento varia muito de forno pra forno,  aqui coloquei em 200°c e reguei 3 vezes ou seja ficou 45 minutos no forno.

O peixe estará pronto quando tiver com as pontas e as batatas levemente douradas.
