- Salmon.300 g
- Butter ghee1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme10 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Marinate the salmon for 1 hour in the flavor of your choice. I used 2 lemons, pink salt, kingdom pepper and thyme in wad. Already put the salmon in a small shape so that it fits tight.
- Add the ghee spread over the fillet, skin side down, and the garlic cloves and any other seasonings you like.
- After preheating for 20 minutes, add the fish and bake until crusty. About another 30 minutes at 180g
- I served it with kale and multigrain rice.
