  • White wine100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon paper to taste
  • White sesame to taste
  • Black sesame to taste
  1. As soon as the salmon is already in slices, add the white wine and add the salt with the lemon pepper.
  2. The wine helps the salmon not to release water because of the salt. I season about 2 hours before.
  3. I particularly like to roast the salmon, but you can sear it in the skillet. In a triangular container add the two sesame seeds.
  4. Pass the salmon slices through the sesame crust and raise to bake at 180° for about 20 minutes. It will depend on the temperature of your oven.
  5. I served this salmon with leek risotto, but you can serve it with some vegetables such as: broccoli, peas, boiled potatoes, etc...
