  • Sororoca500 g
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Orange Pear1 unit(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Parsley and Chives3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the salmon and the Sororoca into cubes, in a bowl mix with the chopped red onion (brunoise).
  2. Add the orange and lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
  3. Finish with chopped parsley and chives, serve chilled.
