  • Tomato Sauce100 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Shrimp100 g
  • Kani100 g
  • Oyster Sauce2 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
  • Green smell30 g
  1. In a bowl, place the cleaned shrimp and season it with salt and black pepper. Reserve. In the pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, over medium heat, add the crushed garlic and the onions cut into cubes to sauté.
  2. Add the sauce and oyster sauce and bring to a boil. Check if you need more salt. Add prawns and Kani, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put the rice slowly and mix it up. Sprinkle with the green smell and serve immediately.
