- Cooked rice3 cup
- Bacon150 g
- Pink shrimp300 g
- Fresh cream300 ml
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a hot skillet, brown the bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the shrimp seasoned with salt and lemon pepper. Reserve the shrimp and in the same skillet, sauté the onion, add the fresh cream, coconut milk and rice. Adjust the salt and finish with the shrimp, bacon and parsley.
