  • Needle Rice2 cup
  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • Macerated Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
  • Chopped Chives1/2 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce200 ml
  • Cleaned clams1 kg
  • Dry white wine500 ml
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth or water4 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic, then add the tomato.
  2. Add the rice, the tomato sauce, then the parsley and the chives and season with salt.
  3. Put the broth or water and wait for it to boil - at that moment add the shellfish.
  4. Stir carefully to mix all the ingredients and cook until the liquid dries up.
  5. Serve warm with a glass of chilled white wine.
