  • Sliced Red Bell Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Onions | 2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomato | 4 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk | 100 g
  • Palm oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper |  to taste
  • Lemon | 1/2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Season the tilapia fillets with lemon, salt and black pepper
  2. Heat the palm oil and brown the onions initially, then layer the tomatoes and peppers, cover the pan over low heat for 10 min
  3. Open and add the tilapia fillets, coconut milk, let it boil for another minute and turn off the heat, but keep the pan covered for another 5 min
