Recipe
- Chop the bell pepper, tomato and onion in brunoise
- Cassava must be crushed with a fork or in a meat grinder NEVER IN A BLENDER OR PROCESSOR
- Sauté the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes, add the shrimp broth and let it reduce, then add the mashed cassava (a few cassava cubes are always welcome) let it reduce again. Add the shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper.
