- Large shrimp400 g
- Moatard1 tablespoon
- Butter15 g
- Wheat flour15 g
- Milk400 ml
- Grated cheese to taste
- Clean the prawns and in a very hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sear on both sides (just seal, do not cook)
- Cook the potatoes until al dente and cut into strips
- In a refractory, add 1 potato, 1 shrimp, 1 potato, 1 shrimp and so on
- Brush mustard on top
- Melt the butter, add the flour and stir well, add the hot milk little by little, stirring until you have a homogeneous sauce.
- Put the sauce on the shrimp, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
