  • Large shrimp400 g
  • Moatard1 tablespoon
  • Butter15 g
  • Wheat flour15 g
  • Milk400 ml
  • Grated cheese to taste
  1. Clean the prawns and in a very hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sear on both sides (just seal, do not cook)
  2. Cook the potatoes until al dente and cut into strips
  3. In a refractory, add 1 potato, 1 shrimp, 1 potato, 1 shrimp and so on
  4. Brush mustard on top
  5. Melt the butter, add the flour and stir well, add the hot milk little by little, stirring until you have a homogeneous sauce.
  6. Put the sauce on the shrimp, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
