  • Tilapia fillet400 g
  • Pre-cooked Appetizer Potato300 g
  • Red bell peppers (small)1 unit(s)
  • Green bell pepper in strips (small)1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato200 g
  • Black Olives100 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves, sliced2 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. In a refractory that can go in the oven, start by putting a generous thread of olive oil, then make a layer with half the tomato, onion, pepper and potato, seasonings with salt. Arrange the fish fillets over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Place another layer of tomato, onion, pepper and potato and finish with the golden sliced garlic in olive oil.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. Finish with black olives, boiled eggs cut into four parts, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
