  • Fish fillet (hake or tilapia)4 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Arrange in a refractory or baking dish Season with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the fish fillets on top of the potatoes.
  3. Run the onion, garlic and peppers and arrange over the fish
  4. Season with the remaining oil, salt, pepper and chimichurri to taste.
  5. Bake at 160 degrees
  6. While the fish is cooking, add the eggs to cook.
  7. After the eggs are ready, peel them and cut them into slices. Then arrange on top of the fish so that it finishes cooking with the other ingredients.
  8. In the oven it stays for about 40 to 50 minutes
  9. Then just delight 😋🤤
