- coconut milk500 ml

- Olive oil to taste
- Sauté the garlic with a drizzle of olive oil
- Add the onion. let it brown
- Add the seafood and mix well.
- Add salt and a tablespoon of coloral
- Squeeze the lemon in the pan
- Add all the vegetables and mix well.
- Add coconut milk and mix well
