  • Fish fillet (I used hake)1/2 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Yellow and red peppers1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Small twig of cherry tomatoes1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the onion, peppers and tomato into strips.
  2. Season the fish with salt, garlic and black pepper. Leave it in the fridge.
  3. Sauce: brown the onion in olive oil, add the peppers and tomato. Saute well.
  4. Add a little water and let the sauce thicken. As it dries, add more water, but don't overdo it.
  5. Add the green smell to the sauce.
  6. Place the squeezed lemon over the fish fillets.
  7. Pour this sauce over the fish fillets. Place the tomato branch on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  9. It's perfect!
