  • Durum long grain pasta500 g
  • Pink Shrimp300 g
  • Vongole300 g
  • Minced Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Butter100 g
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season the prawns with salt and pepper, heat the pan well with a generous drizzle of olive oil and brown the prawns this process lasts a maximum of three minutes and set aside.
