Pasta in Shrimp Sauce

  • Peeled Shrimp400 g
  • tagliatelle noodles1/2 g
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese (package)1 unit(s)
  • Milk500 ml
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Margarine or butter5 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  1. In a pan add: the garlic, 3 tablespoons of margarine/butter and the shrimp. Saute until pink. (Reserve the broth that remains and the shrimp).
  2. In the same pan, add the onion and butter and sauté until translucent. Add the wheat flour, stir until it forms flour balls.
  3. Add the milk and stir until the flour dissolves.
  4. Add the cheese, the shrimp broth (what you reserved), black pepper, grate nutmeg and salt. Add the shrimp and turn off the heat.
  5. Cook the noodles for at Max 7 me. And drain.
  6. Place the pasta and sauce on top on a plate.
