- Peeled Shrimp400 g
- tagliatelle noodles1/2 g
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese (package)1 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Margarine or butter5 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Garlic to taste
- In a pan add: the garlic, 3 tablespoons of margarine/butter and the shrimp. Saute until pink. (Reserve the broth that remains and the shrimp).
- In the same pan, add the onion and butter and sauté until translucent. Add the wheat flour, stir until it forms flour balls.
- Add the milk and stir until the flour dissolves.
- Add the cheese, the shrimp broth (what you reserved), black pepper, grate nutmeg and salt. Add the shrimp and turn off the heat.
- Cook the noodles for at Max 7 me. And drain.
- Place the pasta and sauce on top on a plate.
