Paris mushroom stuffed with truffled scallops

Remove the stems from the mushrooms with a spoon.
Heat the butter in a skillet with a drizzle of truffle oil.
Fry for 1 min on each side the scallops seasoned with garlic, salt and black pepper and set aside.
Put two drops of soy sauce inside the mushrooms and put them in the pan with the hot butter.
Stuff the mushrooms with the reserved scallops and cover the skillet for 6 min.
Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and place on a serving board.
Place 1 drop of truffle oil on each scallop.
Finish the dish with the smoked salami and black pepper, always freshly ground.
Serve the dish and be happy!!!
