  1. Clean the fish, remove the scales and make cuts in it so that the seasoning penetrates the meat better.
  2. Season with your favorite seasonings and set aside for 1 hour so that the seasoning gets well on the fish.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, pass olive oil, place the potato slices and place the fish on top, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the oven for approximately 1 hour, after this time remove the aluminum foil and let it brown.
  4. Serve with white rice and arugula salad with lettuce and good appetite
