- Shrimp3 cup
- Drained Vegetable Pickle1 can(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Cooked white rice3 cup
- Chopped Green Scent to taste
- Mozzarella1 cup
- Ham1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion and shrimp for 3 minutes. Add the vegetable selection, tomato and sauté for 1 minute. Add the sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the rice, the green smell, season with salt and mix. Transfer to a large refractory, sprinkle with the mozzarella and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 10 minutes or until fixings. Serve immediately.
