  • Shoyu1 to taste

  2. Put it in the pan along with the water over low heat and cover until dry.
  3. in a container, mix the salt, vinegar and sugar until well dissolved.
  4. Place the rice in a bowl and add the mixture of salt, vinegar and sugar little by little, mixing quickly.
  5. You can also follow the rice package instruction.
  6. For the stuffing, chop the salmon.
  7. Fry in olive oil with salt or make it raw
  8. Mix cream cheese and chives
  9. In the containers add the rice up to half
  10. Cover with the salmon mixture and add the soy sauce on top if desired.
