- Cod in Chips1500 g
- Diced Potato4 unit(s)
- Diced carrot2 unit(s)
- Onion in Julienne3 unit(s)
- White Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic to taste
- Black Olives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Béchamel sauce1 l
- Parmesan2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Blanch the Potatoes and Carrots previously cut into cubes and reserve.
- Cook the Codfish and reserve.
- In a pan or dish that can go into the oven, put enough olive oil to cover the entire surface.
- Add the Cod so that it covers the entire bottom, followed by the Potatoes, Carrots, Sliced Cabbage, Garlic and Onions. Decorate with Olives, Eggs cut in half and Parsley. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Cover the entire Pot or Platter with the Brchamel Sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until browned.
- Serve with a little more olive oil
