- Octopus1 kg
- Pour 2l of water into a pressure cooker, add: onion, garlic, leek leaves, bay leaf and salt to taste, stir. Add the cleaned whole squid. Close and bring to a boil, as soon as you get pressure, count 15 minutes and turn off the fire. After erasing, count 5 minutes until you open the pan. Remove and serve with the sauce. For the sauce I cut red onion, green pepper, tomato, white onion, olive oil, lemon sauce and cilantro.
