- Coriander to taste
- Black olives150 g
- coconut milk1 l
- Palm oil to taste
- Tomato sauce sachet1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the fish with salt, garlic and lemon.
- Cut the peppers, onion and tomatoes into slices.
- In a pan, arrange the onion, peppers, tomatoes, fish... the olives, the chopped coriander.
- Pour the tomato sauce, coconut milk and palm oil
- Light the fire and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve in your own pot.
