  • Minced garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Green Smell |  to taste
  • Sliced olives | 50 g
  • Palm oil | 3 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Cassava flour | 1 cup
  • Basil leaves |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Put the oil in the pan, then put the onion and fry well, then put the garlic, let it brown. Put the mullet roe without the film and fry well, put the tooth oil, the olives and the salt. Stir everything and add the manioc flour, the green smell with the basil leaves. Serve while still hot.
