  • Olive oil04 tablespoon
  • Salt, Lemon Pepper and Black Pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste

  1. The mullet in this preparation is without the central spine (Peixeiro Amigo makes it perfect for you). The first step is to handle the thawed fish.
  2. Mix all the seasonings for a marinade to be used on the fish. Use on both sides and set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Use one of the sheets to cover the fish and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. If it's on the grill, 10 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the fish from the banana leaf and place it in the other one for finishing. Side dishes: Vegetables, rice, shrimp, farofa and Chimichurri. Enjoy your food!
