- Sliced bell pepper to taste

- Palm oil to taste
- Coconut Milk200 ml

- Season the sardines with salt and lemon, set aside, in a pan, layer the onions, tomatoes and peppers, place the fish on top.
- Turn on the fire and place the pan, add the coconut milk and olive oil, let it cook on low heat. It will not be necessary to add water as the fish, tomato and onion will release the broth. Turn off the heat when the fish is soft.
