- Chopped coriander to taste
- fresh coconut milk100 ml
- Quality Dende Oil to taste
- Lemon Juice2 unit(s)

- Olive oil to taste
- Clean the fish steaks, then season them with garlic, salt and a few drops of lemon.
- In a casserole, place: onion slices, tomato slices, pepper slices, a little coriander, repeat this sequence forming the second layer and over these layers, place the seasoned fish steaks, and turn on medium heat.
- The ingredients will start to release aroma and liquid, when this liquid starts to dry, water the preparation with fresh coconut milk diluted in a finger of water and let it cook until you notice that the fish is cooked (be careful because it cooks fast +- 8 minutes ).
- Lower the heat and drizzle the whole moqueca with palm oil, taste, adjust the salt, cook for 1 minute, turn off the heat and cover the pan for two minutes.
- Finally, add a few drops of lemon, add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve immediately.
