Merluza fillet in the air fryer

If the hake fillets are long, cut them in half.
Season hours before frying with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper, leave to marinate in the fridge.
Before frying, pass them in the cornmeal. Line the fryer with Assalight paper (prevents them from sticking). Fry for 40 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the fryer and pour a drizzle of olive oil over the fillets. Halfway through the total time (after 20 min) carefully turn the fillets over and pour in another drizzle of olive oil and fry for 20 minutes. When you notice that they are dry, it means they are on point.
Tip: serve with rosé sauce.
