Tilapia1 kg
Tomato3 unit(s)
Black olive1 tablespoon
Basil1 tablespoon
Garlic1 tablespoon
Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil3 tablespoon

Season the tilapia films with black pepper and salt and roll in flour
