  • Carrot slices3 unit(s)
  • Sliced ​​Potato3 unit(s)
  • Sliced ​​yellow pepper2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  1. Make a marinade with lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  2. Leave the fish to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Quickly cook the carrot in enough water to soften it a little.
  4. In a baking dish, place the potato slices, carrots and peppers.
  5. Place the fish on top of the vegetables and drizzle with a little of the marinade.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
  7. Watch out for pimples. The meat of this fish is delicious!
