Descascar o camarão tirando a cabeça, depois de lavado, temperar com limão, sal, um pouco de alho e pimenta do reino. Deixa marinar, 5min. Coloca pra fritar com  manteiga por uns 5min. (RESERVA )


Peel the shrimp, removing the head, after washing, season with lemon, salt, a little garlic and black pepper. Let marinate, 5 min. Put it to fry with butter for about 5 minutes. (RESERVE)


Numa panela põe cebola, 2 dentes de alho triturado, manteiga e azeite deixa dourar bem. 

In a pan, put onion, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, butter and oil and let it brown well.

Depois coloca o leite de coco, creme de leite, requeijão e os queijos, deixa levantar fervura com fogo baixo, coloca a ervilha, tempera com pimenta, acerta no sal. Coloca o presunto e o camarão mistura e vai colocando o arroz aos poucos, pois tem que deixa bem cremoso.

Por último coloca num refratário, queijo mussarela por cima e batata palha. Leva por 15min ao forno
