  • Cooked rice3 cup
  • Clean and shelled shrimp400 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Minced ham200 g
  • Mozzarella to cover to taste
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
  • Milk400 ml
  • Pea1/2 cup
  • Freshly grated Parmesan50 g
  • Coconut milk150 ml
  • Salt, black pepper, nutmeg, parsley to taste
  • Straw potato to finish to taste
  1. In a large skillet or pan, add a drizzle of oil and butter.
  2. Fry the onion, garlic and add the prawns. Season them with salt and pepper. (The shrimp stitch is too fast, it changed color and it turns off). book the prawns
  3. Sauce: In the same pan, melt the butter and then add the wheat flour, cook this mixture stirring constantly. Gradually add the milk until it thickens. Add the mozzarella, cottage cheese, coconut milk, parmesan and nutmeg. (Reserve some of the sauce for assembly)
  4. Add the cooked rice, peas and ham to the sauce. Season with salt, black pepper and the green smell.
  5. In a shape put the mixture we made, add the shrimp on top, cover with the sauce we made and finish with mozzarella.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until browned.
  7. Finally, finish with potato straw.
