  • Japanese rice2 cup
  • Water3.5 cup
  • Rice Vinegar1/2 cup
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour8 tablespoon
  • Black beer1 cup
  • Salmon400 g
  • Cream cheese200 g
  • Nori (seaweed) to taste
  1. Let the rice soak for 30 minutes, then wash well until the water is crystal clear.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt.
  3. Cook the rice over low heat with the lid on until it dries out and is puffy.
  4. Place it still hot in a plastic bowl and slowly pour in the vinegar mixture, stirring quickly with a fan on to cool. Be careful not to let it get soggy
  5. On a bamboo mat, place a sheet of nori. You can use half a sheet to render but, place a thin layer of rice, the salmon (it must be cut into strips) and the cream cheese. Tighten the treadmill securely.
  6. Dip the whole cigars in the dough and fry in very hot oil until golden.
  7. Cut into 1.5 cm thick strips and serve immediately with soy sauce.
