- Japanese rice2 cup
- Water3.5 cup
- Rice Vinegar1/2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour8 tablespoon
- Black beer1 cup
- Salmon400 g
- Cream cheese200 g
- Nori (seaweed) to taste
- Let the rice soak for 30 minutes, then wash well until the water is crystal clear.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt.
- Cook the rice over low heat with the lid on until it dries out and is puffy.
- Place it still hot in a plastic bowl and slowly pour in the vinegar mixture, stirring quickly with a fan on to cool. Be careful not to let it get soggy
- On a bamboo mat, place a sheet of nori. You can use half a sheet to render but, place a thin layer of rice, the salmon (it must be cut into strips) and the cream cheese. Tighten the treadmill securely.
- Dip the whole cigars in the dough and fry in very hot oil until golden.
- Cut into 1.5 cm thick strips and serve immediately with soy sauce.
