  • Recipe
  • Lard2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic300 g
  • Salt500 g
  • Bahian seasoning1 tablespoon
  • Paprika1 tablespoon
  • Saffron1 tablespoon
  • Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  1. In a pan melt the pork lard and fry the garlic well until it turns golden
  2. Add salt and mix well
  3. Add the rest of the seasonings and mix very well until the salt is very dry.
  4. Allow to cool and store in jars with a lid at room temperature
  5. This seasoning keeps very well for up to 30 days or more.
