  1. Unsalt the fish 1 full day and on the 2nd day until 10 am. Cut the seasonings and place in a pan, add the olive oil and let the seasonings cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cod and let it cook always adding water until the seasonings are very soft. At this point, grate the carrot and throw it into the pan and let it cook. In another pan, cook the potatoes until very soft and set aside. When the carrot is soft, add the cream and more olive oil. Finally add the potato and serve with rice and if you prefer, add raisins to the plate and enjoy.
